How can I define Business or Calendar Hours in my helpdesk portal?

To define Business or Calendar Hours in your Help Desk portal follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Gear and select Admin   

Step 3. Click Personalize from the left menu and Click Manage Business rules 

Step 4. Now Click Add new Business Hours/Calendar Hours or Click a policy to edit it.
