How to change my end-users password

As a best practice, it's always recommended that your Cayzu password is unique to Cayzu (not used for any other vendor) and that it contains a minimum of 8 characters, with capital letters, numbers and symbols.


To change your end-user's password follow these steps:


1. Navigate to your end-user portal (from the agent portal - Click End-User Portal from the left menu)

2. Click Sign In from the top right side of the screen.

3. Click Forgot Password and enter in your end-users email and Click Send Link.




4. An email containing a password reset URL will now be sent directly to your end-user.

5. All set
