I try to log in to my helpdesk portal but my account is not activated. What do I do?

If you are trying to log in to your helpdesk portal and are receiving a message that your account is not yet activated, please follow these steps:


Step 1. Before resetting your password it's suggested that you search your email for your original activation email.  The email was sent from

Step 2. If you can't find the activation email, navigate to and Click the link: I can't access my account.


Step 3. Provide your email address address and the system will send you a new activation email.
