I try to log in to my helpdesk portal but my account is not activated. What do I do?

If you are trying to log in to your helpdesk portal and are receiving a message that your account is not yet activated, please follow these steps:

 

Step 1. Before resetting your password it's suggested that you search your email for your original activation email.  The email was sent from sales@cayzu.com

Step 2. If you can't find the activation email, navigate to http://portal.cayzu.com and Click the link: I can't access my account.

 

Step 3. Provide your email address and the system will send you a new activation email.
