What is the purpose of the Is Primary Brand check mark?

Cayzu Help Desk supports one or many brands to be set up and managed all from one help desk dashboard.

 

When two or more brands are enabled, you will be able set a "Primary Brand".  The primary brand will dictate which brand is selected by default in the brand drop down on the "New Ticket" screen.
