What is the purpose of the Is Primary Brand check mark?

Cayzu Help Desk supports one or many brands to be set up and managed all from one help desk account.

 

The first brand is created automatically by the system on account setup. This brand is marked as "Primary". The primary brand cannot be deleted.

 

When two or more brands are enabled, you will be able to change the "Primary Brand" to any brand in your help desk.
