Can I as an agent, manually create a ticket for an agent/customer?

On top of allowing your customers/agents to submit tickets via your end-user portal from their computer/mobile phone or via email, we also allow you to manually create tickets as well.



To manually create a ticket, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk account


Step 2. Click on the NEW + button and select New Ticket 


Step 3. Fill in the all ticket details (Requester, Assignee, Ticket Type etc..)


Step 4. Once complete, Click Save or Save & New to post the ticket.
