How can I find my unique email forwarding address for my brand?

To find your unique email forwarding address follow these steps :

 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click Admin (left menu) 

Step 3. Click on Personalize from the left hand menu and then select Manage Brands

Step 4. Click Edit on the brand that you'd like to find the forwarding address for.

Step 5.  Navigate down to the section called "Forward Emails To:" to obtain your unique email address.  

 

Note: Your unique email address will use the following domain: @cayzuemail.com .
