How can I find my unique email forwarding address for my brand?

Cayzu provides you with unique email address(es) that can be used to automatically create tickets in your Cayzu instance.

Multiple emails are also supported.


To find your unique email forwarding address follow these steps :

1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account.

2. Click Admin (left menu).

3. Click Emails (choose a brand if asked).

4. Click Edit on the email that you'd like to find the forwarding address for.

5.  Navigate down to the "Forward Emails To:" field to obtain your unique email address.

 

Note: Your unique email address will use the following domain: @cayzuemail.com .
