How can I set a default bcc email address on each ticket?

To set a default BCC for your support tickets follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left menu) 

Step 3. Click Modify Ticket Settings under Ticket Settigns

Step 4. Modify the "Always BCC this address when answering tickets" box and click save
