How can I set a default bcc email address on each ticket?

To set a default BCC for your support tickets follow these steps: 

1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account.  

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Ticket Settings.

4. Modify the "Always BCC this address when answering tickets" box and click save.
