Can I copy all correspondence to an email address automatically?

Yes, the Cayzu Help Desk system will allow you to CC all correspondence to an email address of your choice.  To enable CC, follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk account with an administrative account 

Step 2. Click Admin (left side menu) 

Step 3. Under Ticket Settings, Click Modify Ticket Settings 

Step 4. Fill in your email address under "Always CC this address when answering tickets" and Click Save.  

Step 5. Done
