Can I set time tracking to billable by default?

Yes, Cayzu allows you to set the time tracking to billable by default.

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the Admin Menu item on the left menu.

Step 3. Click Modify Ticket Settings under Ticket Settings

Step 4. Click Enable next to "Always assume billable hours"

Step 5. Click Save
