How can I change my starting ticket number / id?

To change your starting ticket number / id follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the Sprocket

Step 3. Click Adjust Settings under Help Desk Settings

Step 4. Click Modify Ticket Settings under Ticket Settings

Step 5. Modify the "Next Ticket Id #" box and click save
