How can I change my starting ticket number / id?

To change your starting ticket number / id follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section

Step 3. Click Ticket Settings

Step 4. Modify the "Next Ticket Id #" box and click save

Note: After a ticket number is used, that ticket number can't be used again.  This means if you are at ticket #50 and delete all 50 of your tickets, the system will NOT permit you to re-use the tickets 1 -50.
