How can I add a service contract?

Cayzu allows your support agents to see which of your customer’s support contracts have expired before answering their service tickets. 

To setup service contracts:

Step 1. Click on Contacts from the top menu

Step 2. Click on View by Company

Step 3. Click on the company name you want to add the contract to.

Step 4. Click Add Contract

Step 5. Fill out the required information and click save.

Now when viewing tickets that have been posted by this company, you will see when their service contract expires.
