How can I add a service contract?

Cayzu allows your support agents to see which of your customer’s support contracts have expired before answering their service tickets. 


To setup service contracts, follow these steps:


1. Click on Contacts from the side menu

2. Click on View by Company

3. Click on the company name you want to add the contract to.

4. Click on Contract in the menu under the avatar

5. Fill out the required information and click save.


Now when viewing tickets that have been posted by this company, you will see when their service contract expires.
