Can I tag tickets and articles with TAGS ?

The Cayzu Help Desk system allows you to TAG tickets and articles with TAGS which can then be reported on. 

There are 2 different methods to create a TAG in your Cayzu help desk portal.


Option 1:

Step 1. Simply start typing the TAG name (in the field box named TAGS) and Click enter when complete.  This will create the TAG.



Option 2:

Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (Left menu)

Step 3. Click Manage Tags under TAGS

Step 4.Click Add TAG and follow on screen instructions.
