Can I create custom agent roles?

Yes, Cayzu Help Desk allows you to create custom roles and set specific permissions per agent.  

 

To set up a custom agent role, follow these steps: 

 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

 

Step 2. Click on the Admin (left menu)

 

Step 3. Click on Agents/Role from the left hand menu

 

Step 4. Click Add Role 

 

Step 5. Give the role a name and description and assign the role individual permissions by selecting the appropriate check boxes.  

 

Step 6. Once complete, click Save.
