How can I change an agent's role and/or permissions ?

To change an agent's role/permissions follow these steps:

 

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click Admin (left menu)

Step 3. Click on Agents/Role/Groups from the left hand menu

Step 4. Click Edit on the agent and choose the Role from the Agent Role section and select the permission from the Help Desk Access section .  Once complete Click Update.
