Can an agent email in a support ticket?

Yes, On top of allowing your customers/agents to submit tickets via your end-user portal from their computer/mobile phone or via email, we also allow you to manually create tickets as well as you simply being able to either forward in a ticket that a customer emailed you, or create a ticket for yourself.  

 

To create a ticket for yourself, you'd simply send an email to your unique email address (ie- yourcompany@cayzuemail.com).  

 

Note: You might also be interested in setting up a Vanity email address (ie- support@yourcompany.com )
