Branding your End-User Portal is an important step when customizing your help desk as it allows you to better promote your business or organization.  

In order to do that, you will want to upload the optimal/correct sizes for your logo and banner:

Banner image size is: 1900 x 648 pixels
Logo image is: 50 pixels tall and 130-250 wide
