How can I brand my end-user customer portal?

Customizing your end-user customer facing portal is always recommended as it enhances your business' brand.

To brand your end-user portal follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account  
Step 2. From your name in the top right corner, Click End-User Portal Settings to launch a second tab that will be used to edit your portal.

Note: if you have more than 2 brands, please see this FAQ to learn how to brand/customize your secondary end-user portal.

Step 3. From within the second browser tab, you will Click Customize Page



Step 4. You will now be in "edit mode".  To customize text, your logo or colors you will follow the on-screen instructions.  For example:


Note: If you want to want to customize for a different language, select the language BEFORE clicking "Customize Page".
