Yes, Cayzu Help Desk allows you to set individual agent permissions and set up custom roles.


To set an agent's permissions, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account.

2. Click on Admin (left side menu) to access the Admin section.

3. Click on Agents/Groups/Roles.

4. Click Edit on the Agent's name.

5. Under Help Desk Access, Choose from "Full Access", "Group Access" or "Limited Access".

6. Once complete, click Update.
