Yes, Cayzu Help Desk allows you to set individual agent permissions and set up custom roles.
To set an agent's permissions, follow these steps:
Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account
Step 2. Click Admin (From the left menu)
Step 3. Click on Agents/Roles/Groups from the left hand menu
Step 4. Click Edit on the Agent's name
Step 5. Under Help Desk Access, Choose from "Full Access", "Group Access" or "Limited Access"
Step 6. Once complete, click Update.
