How can I integrate Harvest with Cayzu Help Desk?

To set up the Harvest Integration, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the Gear

Step 3. Click on App Integration

Step 4. Click on ON next to Harvest.

Step 5. You will be prompted for your Harvest Domain URL, and the text you would like to appear in Harvest note added to the log.


Note: If you want to pass the ticket id to the harvest note, please add this variable:


Your Harvest account is now integrated with Cayzu. 

When you go into a ticket and add time, you will see the option to sync to Harvest.
