Can I set a specific billing rate per agent?

Cayzu Help Desk allows you to set up billing rates in two different ways.


You can either set the billing rate at the brand level.  (this would override agent specific billing rates) or set different billing rates per agent.



To set specific billing rates per agent, follow these steps:


Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  


Step 2. Click on the gear and select Admin  


Step 3. Click Manage Agents


Step 4. Select the Agent and then specify the Billing Rate (per Hour)


Step 5. Once complete, click Update. 


Note:  These same steps can be followed when setting up a new agent.
