Can I add a due date on a ticket?

Yes, Cayzu allows you to set a due date on a ticket.


Simply go into the ticket and click on "Add Due Date" button on the bottom right of the screen and you will be prompted to select a due date and time.

A ticket's due date can be viewed by clicking into the ticket or by adding the "due date" column on the main ticket grid.
