Can I configure a contact to be able to see all tickets of his/her company?

Yes, Cayzu allows you check off an option per contact that would allow that contact to view all the tickets that have been posted for his/her company


To allow a contact to see all tickets for his/her company, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal

Step 2. Click on Contacts

Step 3. Click on Edit for the desired contact.

Step 4. Check off "Can see all tickets from this company" and click save.

Note: This option will only be available if the contact belongs to a company.

Now when the contact logs into the end-user portal, they will be able to see all tickets posted for the company they belong to.
