Submit support from your website with the support widget

Cayzu lets you collect support requests directly from your website, internal website or any third party web page. This allows your customers to submit a ticket to your helpdesk without having to look around for your self-service portal or remember your support email.

In order to set it up, you need to configure the support widget in Cayzu and put the code snippet on your website.

To obtain the support widget code, please follow these steps:

Step 1.Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left menu)

Step 3. Click on Setup Support Widget under Support Widget 

Step 4. Make your required form customizations

Step 5. Copy and paste the code in the page where you want the widget to appear.


The form(s) should now appear in the web site where you inserted the snippet of code.


Note: As you make changes to your forms, you will want to re-follow the above steps to re-issue new code in order to update your forms on your external web site(s)
