How can I set up LiveChat in my Cayzu Help Desk?

Step 1. Login to LiveChat  (

Step 2. Click on Settings

Step 3. Click on Chat Settings

Step 4. Click on Archives Forwarding

Step 5. Fill in your unique email forwarding address for the desired brand.

Step 6. Please click Save changes

Step 7. Copy your LiveChat code on every page of your website before the </body> tag that you want the chat widget to appear.


Now that you've followed the above steps all chat transcripts will be emailed into your Cayzu Help Desk portal as new tickets.
