How can an agent change his or her notification settings?

To change your ticket notifications, please follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account

Step 2. Select your name at the top right



Step 3. Click on settings from the pull out menu

Step 4. Click on the notification Tab

Step 5. Please make any required changes and click update
