Which values (items) can be customized with branding?

Customizing/branding your end-user/employee customer facing portal is always recommended as it enhances your business' brand. 


Here the values that can be branded:


Your Cayzu Account Name: This name will be displayed on your end-users customer portal. ie- Your Company Support

 

End-User Customer Portal URL: This URL will be used by your customers to get to your support portal.  (Vanity URLs are supported for PRO, PLUS and Freedom users)

 

Favicon: This favicon will be displayed in the browser's tab when you navigate to your end-user customer portal.

 

Company logo: This logo will be displayed on your end-user customer portal.  Note: You can also link this logo to a specific URL (Link your company logo to a URL: ) 

 

Helpdesk Portal Colors: This allows you to change the color of the top header, sub header, menu text, heading text, button text, cancel button and the submit button.  

 


From name: This is the name that will be used on email notifications that are sent to your customers.

 

From email address: This is the email address that will be used on email notifications that are sent to your customers.

 

Forward emails to: To use your own support email address, you must setup an email forward to the displayed address.

 

Brand Billing Rate: This value will be used to calculate the invoice total for a given brand in the timesheet report. Please set to 0 if not applicable. (This can also be set at the agent level)

 

Phone Number: This phone number will be displayed on your end-user portal.

 

Brand Languages: Choose the primary and secondary languages that will be available to your end-user customers or employees.

 

End-User Customer Portal Welcome Text: This welcome text will be displayed on the main page of your end-user customer portal.


End-User Customer Portal Main Description:  This text will be displayed on the main page of your end-users customer portal.


End-User Customer Portal Ticket Submitted Description: This text will be displayed as a confirmation when a user submits a ticket via the end-user customer portal.

 

Is Primary Brand: This check mark designates the specified brand to be the primary brand shown in the brand drop down (new ticket creation for example).
