How do I link my Facebook page to Cayzu?

Cayzu Help Desk allows you to integrate with your company Facebook page to seamlessly be able to answer your customer's Facebook comments or posts directly from Cayzu Help Desk instead of having to log in to Facebook.

 

To set up the Facebook integration, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu portal with an administrative log in 

 

Step 2. Click Admin (left menu)

 

Step 3. From the left side menu, Click Social Integration 

 

Step 4. Click Link Facebook Pages and then Click Add Facebook Account 

 

Step 5. Now log in to Facebook with your credentials and allow Cayzu to have access to your company Facebook page 

 

Step 6. Select your Facebook page and Click Save

 

Step 7.  Cayzu will now have access to your Facebook page.  To test it post a message on your company page on Facebook.
