How can I setup Olark Chat Webhook in Cayzu?

Step 1: This step requires you to be logged into Olark.

- Please enable the webhook in Olark.

The URL to specify is the following: http://integration.cayzu.com/Olark/OlarkWebHook?apiKey=x&formId=y

x = Would be replaced with your Cayzu API Key (See this FAQ on how to get your API token: http://support.cayzu.com/KnowledgeBase/Details/?id=132-How-can-I-get-my-API-token%3F)

y = Would be replaced with your Cayzu Form Id you want to link the ticket to.

- Please check off "Send chat transcripts automatically" and "Send offline messages" so it will auto-send the request when the chat completes.

Step 2: This step requires you to be logged into Olark.

In Olark, please enable the pre-chat survey (Require visitors to enter information like name and email before being able to send you a message.), so when the chat completes we can link the ticket to the correct contact.
