How can I force contacts to login to see my articles?

Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Admin (left menu)

Step 3. Click on Adjust Settings (Under End-User Portal Settings)

Step 4.  Click OFF for "Users can view public faqs without logging in"

Now when you browse to your end user portal and click on an article, it will ask you to login to proceed.
