How can I convert my Tawk chat sessions into tickets?

Step 1. Login to your Tawk dashboard -

Step 2. In Tawk, go to Admin at the Top of the Dashboard. Then click Mail Notifications at the bottom left of the properties options.

Step 3. Specify your Cayzu Unique Support Address and click Save.

Now all chat transcripts will be sent to Cayzu and a new ticket will be created.
