How can I change my mailbox signature?

Step 1. Log in to Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on Sprocket (Gear)

Step 3. Click on Manage Emails

Step 4. Click on Edit for the mailbox you want to change the signature for

Step 5. Fill in the signature and click save.

Note: If you leave the signature blank, the agents signature will be used instead.
