How can I set a default cc email address on each ticket?

To set a default CC for your support tickets follow these steps: 

Step 1. Log in to the Cayzu helpdesk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the Sprocket

Step 3. Click Modify Ticket Settings under Ticket Settigns

Step 4. Modify the "Always CC this address when answering tickets" box and click save
