How can I turn the emails on or off that agents or requesters get from Cayzu?

To turn on/off the emails that get sent, follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

Step 2. Click on the gear in the top right corner

Step 3. Click on Manage Emails under Email Setup


Note: Emails are organized by emails received by agents or requesters.


Step 4.  Click off on/off next to the email template you would like to turn on or off.
