How can I change my date format?

Cayzu supports many different date formats for an agent to choose from.  To change your date format, please follow these steps:

Step 1.Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account.

Step 2. Select your name at the top right.

Step 3. Click on settings from the pull out menu.

Step 4. Make the required changes for your date format and click update.
