Yes, Cayzu allows you to perform bulk actions such as assign, respond, change the status and delete multiple tickets at the same time. 

To perform bulk actions follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk account

Step 2. Click Tickets from the top menu

Step 3. Choose one or many tickets from the main ticket grid and then choose the bulk action that you'd like to perform (Assign, Bulk Reply, Delete) and follow the on screen instructions.
