How can I set up Tawk in my Cayzu Help Desk?

To set up the Tawk Integration, please follow these steps:


Step 1. Login to Tawk  ( 

Step 2. Click on Admin (Gear) from the left menu

Step 3. Click Property Settings 

Step 4. Copy the Site ID.

Step 5. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk account with an administrative account  

Step 6. Click on the Gear

Step 7. Click on App Integration

Step 8. Click on ON next to Tawk.

Step 9. You will be prompted for your Tawk License Code (Site Id).

Step 10. Click Update.

Your Tawk account is now integrated with Cayzu. 




Note: To automatically create tickets for your Tawk chat transcripts, see this FAQ.

When you go to your end user portal, Tawk will now appear.
