How to manually assign a ticket to a group

To keep your agents more organized you can assign them to different groups.  Groups can be used to organize departments, different support requests or even organize agents by their technical specialties. 

To manually assign a ticket to a group, follow these steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk account

Step 2
. Open a ticket

Step 3. Leave the Assignee field blank and instead choose a Group from the Group down.   

Step 4. Once complete, Click Update.  All agents that belong to the specified group will now be notified of the ticket. 



Note: Tickets can also be automatically assigned using email inboxes and assignment rules
