How can I modify emails that agents and requesters receive from Cayzu?

To change the emails, follow these steps.

Step 1. Log in to your Cayzu help desk portal with an administrative account  

 

Step 2. Click on Admin (from the left menu)

 

Step 3. Click on Manage Email under Email Setup

 

Step 4.  Letters are sorted by Agent and Requester emails. Choose the letter and Click edit next to the email template you would like to modify.

 

Step 5 (Optional).  Choose from variables from the drop down to include in your email templates.

 

Step 6.  Once complete, Click Save.
