How can I test my custom domain to see if it's resolving correctly?

1. Follow this FAQ to setup the CName

2. From a computer running windows, please open command prompt (CMD).

3. Please type the following: ping mycompany.company.com (This would be the DNS name you setup in your DNS Provider.)

You should see the first reply will mention your main brand cayzu url. Ex) cayzudemo.cayzu.com

4. You should be all set.
