                            Can a contact have two different accounts in each of my brand's End-User Portals?

| A contact or company's email address can only be used one time across a help desk account even if the account hosts multiple brands. 
 So for example, if the ABC company has two End-User Portals (phones.abc.com & computer.abc.com) that were both linked to the same Cayzu Help Desk account, then a user ted@testuser.com could only register to one of those brands. Ted could log in to both portals (phones.abc.com & computer.abc.com) using the same credentials but if Ted tried to register to both End-User Portals, he would receive this message: User name already exists. Please enter a different user name.
