Yes, you can import your customers into Cayzu Help Desk at no extra charge with an active and paid subscription.  

To import your contacts please follow these steps: 

Steps: 

1. Download our excel file (attached below)

2. Fill in your contacts in the excel and then email the file to support@cayzu.com 

Guidelines/Important notes: 

1. If the user specifies the company name and company email domain, please first create the company if it does not exist and then add that contact to the company you created.

2. If the user specifies the company name and company email domain, and the company already exists please just add the contact to that company if they do not exist.

3. If the user does not specify the company name and company email domain, then just proceed adding an individual contact.

4. If the user specifies only a company name and not company email domain, please skip adding that row and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.

5. If the user specifies only a company email domain and not company name, please skip adding that row and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.

6. If the user specifies only a contact name and not contact email, please skip adding that row and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.

7. If the user specifies only a contact email and not contact name, please skip adding that row and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.

8. If you find a company name that is using the same email domain as another company name, then the first company would be added and the second would be skipped and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.

9. If you find a contact name that is using the same email address as another contact name, then the first contact would be added and the second would be skipped and add it to file for companies / contacts not added.
