Cayzu can automatically associate all users to a company by matching the email's domain name.  For example, if the Company ABC was setup with the domain abc.com, any emails matching that domain would automatically be associated to that company.  ie-  johndoe@abc.com and cindylauper@abc.com would both be automatically associated to the ABC company as contacts.   

To automatically associate contacts to a company follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Cayzu Help Desk portal
2. Click the + New button 
3. Select New Company and fill in both the Company Name and Email Domain (abc.com) and Click Save 

Now all tickets coming in from emails that have the "abc.com" domain will be associated to this new company.
