Email templates defined: Agent and Requester emails

Cayzu automatically sends out email notifications to agents and requesters when specific events occur.  These email templates can be customized and dynamic content can be automatically added using our place holder variables (ie- %%placeholder%%) which are available when you edit each email template.      

The events are broken out by Agent, Requester and CC emails and you can fine each templates purpose & trigger by downloading the following excel sheet.

To access your email templates:

1. Login to your helpdesk using an administrative account

2. Click Admin (Left Menu)

3. Click Emails (Secondary Left Menu):
