How can I brand my end-user customer portal?

Branding your end-user customer facing portal is always recommended as it enhances your business' brand.  Keep in mind you can also customize it by removing or hiding certain options and sections.


To brand your end-user portal follow these steps or watch our YouTube Tutorial:

1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account

2. Click End-User Portal (left menu) to launch a second tab that will be used to edit your portal.

Note: if you have more than 2 brands, please see this FAQ to learn how to brand/customize your secondary end-user portal.

3. From within the second browser tab, you will Click Customize Page

4. You will now be in "edit mode".  To customize text, your logo or colors you will follow the on-screen instructions.  For example:


Note: If you want to want to customize for a different language, select the language BEFORE clicking "Customize Page".

5. Once complete with your changes, Click Save.

All your changes will now be published!


Secondary Branding customizations:


Cayzu also allows you to change your vanity domain, FAVICON, LOGO link back URL, Languages etc..


To customize these settings, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Cayzu helpdesk account with an administrative account.

2. Click Admin from the left menu and then select Brands.

3. Select the brand that you'd like to customize and Click Edit End User Portal by hovering over the brand in question and Clicking on the icon.

4.  Edit all values and Click Save to finish your branding.
